Also explains the methods of machine learning. Knowledge is used to build a program that finds patterns in numerical series for estimation.

This diploma thesis is focused on teoretical and practial aspects in the creation of trading strategie on FOREX market. The thesis include indicator and strategy that are build for tradning with EUR/USD currency. The designed strategy is developed in MetaTrader enviroment in MetaQuotes programming language. Indicator is optimalized on historical dates and choose settings for indicator to profit.

Derivational Analysis in Czech

In the theoretical part of the thesis, we will describe word-formation in Czech from the traditional point of view. Then we will dwell on automation of word formation based on derivational rules, which we will generate from a~given dictionary. The quality of new-found words will be evaluated using four different estimations. Finally, we will review achieved results.

The thesis presents a semi-supervised morphology learner developed by extending Paramor (Monson, 2009), an unsupervised system, to accept easy to obtain manually provided data in the form of inflections with marked morpheme boundary. In addition, a hierarchical clustering framework allowing combination of multiple sources of information was developed as a part of the thesis. The approach was tested on Czech, Slovene, German and Catalan and has shown increased F-measure in comparison with the Paramor baseline.

The influence of Aegean textile patterns on decoration of 18th dynasty Egyptian tombs

The M.A. thesis deals with the influence of Aegean textile patterns on the decoration of 18th dynasty Egyptian tombs. It attempts to provide answers to the question of a possible reconstruction of relations between the Aegean area and Egypt on the basis of this phenomenon. The first part of the thesis places textile into a broader context, dealing among others with its importance for both cultural areas and the technology of its fabrication. The second part of the thesis focuses in greater detail upon the occurrence of Aegean textile patterns in the New Kingdom, concentrating upon the tombs and the men that used these motives in their tomb decoration. The evaluation of the biographies, titles and the tombs indicates that a ceiling with Aegean textile patterns served as an element of legitimization for both the king and his officials. In the final part of the thesis I was able to establish the incorporation of the symbolic function of the Aegean textile patterns into the concept of kingship. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Combinatorial problems on permutations

In its theoretical part, this thesis sums up the basic knowledge concerning permutations. Besides the representation of permutations and determination of their fundamental characteristics, the theoretical part is, first of all, aimed at results concerning the decomposition of permutations into disjoint cycles and at finding the number of permutations with a certain characteristic. We introduce the fundamental bijection that is useful for solving many problems concerning the permutations. Further on, we focus on the number of permutations without a fixed point, Eulerian numbers expressing the number of permutations with a given number of descents, and the number of permutations with a given number of excedances, Stirling numbers of the first kind expressing the number of permutations with a given number of cycles, and Catalan numbers representing the number of permutations avoiding a chosen pattern of length three. Attention is also paid to the Gilbreath permutations and their characteristics. The practical part consists of 14 solved problems. The solutions rely on the results presented in the theoretical part, and there are deduced some further interesting results concerning random permutations.

The theme of diploma thesis is a Java application theory and practice. The thesis deals in the first part of theoretical introduction to programming languages, history of java, classification by paradigm. The thesis includes a closer acquaintance with the Java programming language and an overview of the basic functions and syntax of Java like a programming language such as object-oriented The practical part of the thesis deals programming of applications in Java. This section also deals the preparatory of development, analysis and design of graphical user interface of application. The thesis contains parts of the program code which are described and explained. The program is functional and it is for overview of claims which are exported from another system.

Web application programming in Java

This bachelor thesis describes a basic technologies of Java EE, which is, used for programming web and enterprise applications. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of the platform, compared to competitors or HTTP protocol. Further, it is deeply discussed servlet technology, serving as a controller in a three-tier architecture. I have devoted to dynamically generated pages called Java Server Pages. Finally, the theoretical part, I described the basic aspects of Java Server Faces. All discussed topics I added illustrative examples.
In the practical part is devoted to developing an application that serves as an evidence of repository. I describe what it has application functions and graphical interface.
